Can I ride in the truck?
Yes. Operators have a legal passenger seat.
My insurance covers towing — can you bill them?
AAA and most roadside programs: yes, the operators handle it daily. Private insurance reimbursement: get a receipt and file the claim.
Where does my car go?
Your choice — home, a mechanic you trust, or an operator-recommended shop. Nobody forces a shop on you.
